For all OS, you may place the fpc.cfg file in the same directory as the compiler, it will be loaded in first place.
Added a new macro: $FPCBINDIR means root directory of the compiler.
In your fpc.cfg file is allowed -Fu$FPCBINDIR/thedirectory.
Example:
-Fu$FPCBINDIR/units/$fpctarget
-Fu$FPCBINDIR/units/$fpctarget/*
-Fu$FPCBINDIR/units/$fpctarget/rtl

My friend @fredvs
We know all here, 3 LAB core programmers and 5 LAB new programmers,
about your big and excellent work.
We test your suggestion, but give us many problems.
FPC 3.20 and CTFPC are NOT the same and you know that.
CTFPC now (CT 7.2) runs native and NOT Linux crossbuilds on Host OSes:
Windows, Linux, FreeBSD, DragonFly, NetBSD, Solaris, OpenIndiana., MacOS
(and on OpenBSD with some extra scripts).
We spend 4 year for this CT status.
With your suggestion, we must test CT and fix on all the above OSes again
is NOT so simple.
All the programmers here, want to help you,
but we don't know how.
