1. Host PC Hardware

Minimum Hardware requirements

  • Free Space requirement: Approximately 8-16 GB of disk space for full installation and Build.
  • CPU : Intel/AMD compatible x86 or x86_64 or ARM armhf or ARM aarch64, with at list 4-Cores.
  • RAM:
    • 8 Gigabytes for 64Bits (x86_64) OSes,
    • 2 Gigabytes for 32Bits (x86) OSes,
    • 4 Gigabyte for aarch64,
  • Graphic Card: 3D accelerated for 3D programming...
  • Monitor: 1440x1024 or higher resolution monitor.
  • Mouse or other pointing device.

 

 

2. Host PC Operating System

  • MS Windows 32 (x86) : Win7, Win8.0, Win8.1, Win10.
  • MS Windows 64 (x86_64) : Win7, Win8.0, Win8.1, Win10, Win11.
  • Linux 32 (x86) with GNOME/KDE/Xfce/LXDE/MATE/Cinnamon.
  • Linux 64 (x86_64) with GNOME/KDE/Xfce/LXDE/MATE/Cinnamon.
  • Linux aarch64 with GNOME/KDE/Xfce/LXDE/MATE/Cinnamon.
  • FreeBSD (x86_64) with GNOME/KDE/Xfce/LXDE/MATE/Cinnamon.
  • DragonFly (x86_64) with GNOME/KDE/Xfce/LXDE/MATE/Cinnamon.
  • NetBSD (x86_64) with GNOME/KDE/Xfce/LXDE/MATE/Cinnamon.
  • OpenBSD (x86_64) with GNOME/KDE/Xfce/LXDE/MATE/Cinnamon.
  • Oracle SOLARIS 64 (x86_64) 11.0 - 11,4
  • OpenIndiana 64 (x86_64) Hipster
  • MacOS X 64 (x86_64) 12.0x - 15.xx.x


Note: You can use CodeTyphon in OS Emulator like Virtualbox and Vmware but
          remember some CodeTyphon Graphic Libraries (ORCA, GLScene, ZenGL etc)
          request "true" accelerated Graphic cards

 


The following MS Windows OS versions as host platforms are tested:
