Is there any way to compile for 32 bit machines with 7.10? I don't see a 32 bit install option anymore.

Yes Sir
it's the same procedure as Win64
just Unzip CT and run install.bat as user with administrator privileges

I can do that, but what I was wondering was if you can compile a program for a 32 bit machine on a 64 bit machine?

Also, can I copy all the files for a program created on a 64 bit machine to a 32 bit machine and successfully compile it there?

Yes Sir
you can take your project (for sample) to Solaris and successfully compile/build it there.
You can take your project to any Host OS CodeTyphon Support and successfully compile/build it there.
