Greetings!

OS: Win 8.1 x64 (UAC, Smart-Screen, Anti-virus enabled)
Tested on: 5.10, 5.20
FPC: 2.6.4
Package: GlassDocking

At any action, IDE can't store/save data for this package.
See error:

Where Александр is Russian characters.

But path C:\Users\Александр\AppData\Roaming\typhon32 are exists.

The same result, when path recognized by IDE/Package:

Yes. But the same error occurs under CT 5.10.

The same problems on FPC 2.7.x and CT 5.10, 5.20.
