The program (CT Typhon32 BigIDE 4.4) hangs when switching input language in Windows HP from English into Russian. This happens as a designer and editor.
In the original Lazarus this is not observed ...

CT has near nothing to do with hangings
Well, it DOES hang-up since I've discovered CT existence (back then CT 1.6 was an up-to-date version), but that's not the case.
The problem can be solved without digging into CT's sources and trying to find a problem there. (Which is preferable way, but too long to go for a programmer who have problems with those hang-ups).

So, just tick ONE checkbox here:

(Control panel-Language Settings-Languages-Details - smth like that)
