It gives the message that it can't find fpc.cfg, which I know is present:
locate fpc.cfg
/usr/lib/codetyphon/fpc/bin/x86_64-linux/fpc.cfg
/usr/lib/codetyphon/typhon/components/pl_ZenGL/source/zgl_fpc.cfg

If no one is willing to help, I'll clobber it and go back to Lazarus.

This is on a LinuxMint 14 box (i5)

And I have cat'ed the file, so it is there. I have since ran starttyphon64 from the command line so that I could see the output:
