Dear Community

We have a problem with CT 5.30 on Linux after the installation. After a successful 'install.sh' we did a 'Hello World' test. Simply a new project with one form and one component button 'Hello World'.

Usually on Windows7 when we double-click on 'Hello World' the source editor comes up and the cursor gets located at the correct code line.

This is not working on Linux (openSUSE 13.2 / 64 Bit).

But when I click very quickly (around six times) 'Hello world' then it jumpes to the code line. Also the right-button-menu behind a component has completely strange entries (it looks more like a default window manager menu).

To verify I did the same on a VirtalBox with Fedora 22. - Negative result.

To reproduce:

- Set up a new Linux (for example, Fedora, Mageia, openSUSE).
- Install CT 5.3.
- Create a dummy project with one form and 'Hello World' component.
- Try to double-click this button.

Any idea what could be wrong?

Thanks for your help in advance
Pater

Thanks Sir
we try to fix this problem on Lab CT ver 5.4 for GTK2 platform.
my suggestions:
don't use "Embedded Form Designer" on CT 5.3 or
use Object explorer for the same functionality

MultiOS-MultPlatform "Embedded Form Designer" is NOT so simple

Thanks Sir
Ver 5.40 has many fixes at "Embedded Form Designer",
and has many new Audio-Video MultiOS libraries.... ;)
