Hi, I have been using CT on Mint for a while and I am very happy with it, so thank you very much to all contributors.

Yesterday I decided to attempt a Windows compile of my code, but I cannot get the installation to succeed despite several attempts.

I can confirm the following:

1. Windows 7 32-bit, up to date with Windows Updates
2. AVG installed, but disabled during installation
3. Logged in on administrator account
4. DirectX libraries installed, as per web site recommendation
5. All previous copies of Lazarus, FPC, CT manually deleted, to the best of my knowledge

The install seems to start failing during the FPC 32 build, and I cannot see how to fix it. From there on there are several more errors.

My installation log is attached, and I would sincerely appreciate it if anyone could take a look at it and give me some ideas on how to proceed.

Thank you very much for your quick response. I have used the information in the post that you suggested, and the installation worked perfectly. Also, my application is running perfectly in Windows, just as it did on Linux.
