You still haven't told what OS you're using but I guess it's Windows.
Go to the Package menu and select "Open package from List", then select PL_ZEOSDBO (see attached screenshot).
In the window that appears then first select Compile to compile the package and then click the button next to the Compile button to install the package.
When questioned to rebuild Typhon click Yes and after the restart the ZEOS package will be available to you.

Hi Fernando,

It's not my software, I'm just a user of CodeTyphon just like you.
It is very easy to convert a Lazarus package to CodeTyphon format:
Unpack the Lazarus ZEOS package to a new folder (I normally put that folder as a subfolder in the folder C:\codetyphon\typhon\components).
Start the CodeTyphon Center and select the "CodeTyphon" menu, in that menu choose "Convert old CT files to new" (see attached screenshot Typhon2.jpg).
In the new window select the folder you unpacked the Lazarus ZEOS package and click the "Start Conversion" button. (see attached screenshot Typhon3.jpg
After that you can install the converted package just as I described before.

Nothing complicated about it, you just have to know it.
And if you don't know it just search google or this forum, mostly you'll find some useful answers.
And if that does not help just ask on this forum.
