debug bug! was created by gulyone
Actualy running CT 7.0 under windowz 64bits.
I built a library that compiles to a DLL, then I built a program using that library.
When I open the program project and I step by step debug calls to my library, it raises an error asking me to continue or stop just after poping ASM window.
When I open the library project and i setup breakpoints, then configure running params with "host program" and use "launching application", the program runs just as if it was not in debug mode (no dots in front of lines of code, no stop on breakpoints, no nothing)
Any clue?
thanks

the error box said
"the debugger encoutered an error when trying to run/step the application
cannot find bounds of current function
Press Ok to continue and correct the problem, or choose an alternative run command. Press Stop to end the debug session"

ok I can not debug my DLLs anymore, it worked pretty well with earlier versions lol
I have 3 projects, 1 is made with C++ compiler that use DLLs and SOs libs written in pascal, made by me, and I really need debug to work to update/maintain/add functionalities
thanks

We try to solve all problems.
LAB CT 7.10 has some debug fixes.
We have some LAB open task to close before
the release of Final CT 7.10.

Ok BIG THANK YOU Sir
I've put some jobs in standby because of COVID-19 so, I'll wait the 7.10 to get back, I guess
Take care
