I am renewing my (very) old package: sourceforge.net/p/neopack
when I try add SingleInstnce.pas (attachment) this required pl_dcp (though on the other hand. this file should not belong to a package)
when I add pl_dcp and build is error: custapp.pp(15,31) Fatal: Can't find unit CustApp used by Forms
After it not helps, if I remove SingleInstance.pas, this file is restored (from cache?) and still are errors. Restarting IDE not helps. I must reinstall CodeTyphon na rebuild IDE.

we don't know anything for neopack.

Never need to reinstall CodeTyphon.
You can "Remove and Rebuild" Typhon IDE from CTCenter.
