My package has always version 0.0
I do in ctinfo.txt "Version 1.0 Date 2019-12-02 10:41:23" but not helps.
Which prefix Will be good for own packages? (are lz_, pl_, bs_ , other?)

ctinfo.txt is just a "notes text file" for a CT Pkg
you must "Edit" pkg options








2)
bs_ are the Typhon IDE base/system pkgs
lz_ are from lazarus pkgs
pl_ are Public License pkgs

My suggestion is pl_* or anything you like: pp_*, zp_*, w1_* etc
