I am trying to update CT from update manager. It does work in that it starts downloading files. It has 92 files to download but it will not complete.
I keep getting 'Host name resolution for "www.pilotlogin.com" failed'.
I have seen it get as high as about 25 files downloaded before it fails.
I do know my ISP has a problem, but seems that I am the only one complaining about the DNS problem, so they are not willing to fix it.
So, it would be great if UM would check to see if the file was already downloaded and skip if so. I think I could eventually finish if it did.
Is there a way to force this? (I'm sure I already know the answer, but asking anyway).

CTC ver 6.30 for Linux64
Ubuntu 16.04
