These functions are in
codetyphon/fpcsrc/rtl/linux/oldlinux.pp
file

My suggestion (if you must use this unit): is to copy oldlinux.pp to your project directory and use it.
But this unit has "deprecated" from FPC

You can use Use Baseunix and Unix units
