Greetings!

CT ver 5.50 Dev.

OS: Windows XP, Server 2003.

Reproduce:
0. Add russian language to windows switch
1. open CT (No matter 32 or 64)
2. Create project
3. paste cursor to code editor
4. Switch language from english to russian
5. Epic WIN. CodeTyphon frized. Overall changes in project is lost.

Pleae fix that bug.
