When I try press F1 key this error show.
In lazarus 1.2.4 all work fine.

Any solution?
In Linux system all work fine. In windows doesn't work.
System checked (Windows XP/7/8/8.1 x86 and x64) result the same.

Change IDE Language to "En" and try again (IDE Options > Desktop)

Error the same. I don't understand how desktop language and lhelp application relation.
Still CT 4.80 more stable release.
