It woud be nice if you could add Internet-Tools from Benito van der Zander in CT4.2
benibela.de/sources_de.html#internettools

Here is the English documentation for Internet-Tools:

Thank you very much for the great effort CT Team, personally I like the ability to select packages to install without having to install all. :)

Hello,

I had no problems installing CT 4.00 and previous versions but had never succes to build Small and Big Ide with CT 4.10 on Win7 64.
Waiting for the 4.20 version..

It would be nice to have an option to update only selected components and cross compiler stuff. This way updating and rebuilding
Lazarus takes less time.

Regards

Hello, CT team
I think something like this (googlemaps)
www.delphipraxis.net/attachments/35425d1...2.0_source-demos.zip
and like this (hypergrid: a stringgrid descendant )
users.otenet.gr/~tsoyran/upload/HyperGrid.zip

could make the difference in next version of CT.

In order to make component tab sheets invisible, install the Education package. It makes an extra item in Tools - Options, called Education. In the General subsection uncheck Enable education setting. In component palette start with "Show Extended". Then enable the components you want in the palette. Component tabs with only invisible components are not shown at all.

You have to be a bit careful with this package. At my first run all the IDE speedbuttons were gone. But enabling them in the education options brought them back.

Good luck with it!

I would like to report irritating bug. Seems that it is related to editor code hints. Example:

Try to move cursor over some variable, wait for hint and immediately move cursor over hint (especialy over link in hint). I often get Access Violation. If moving cursor slowly then it is OK. I didn't notify this bug on normal Lazarus. Has CodeTyphon own solution for code editor hints? I have this issue from a long time (CT 3.70, even earlier)

Tested on Linux Mint 64bit, GTK, CT 4.10

Sir Sternas, could you look into pl_GLScene package and fix issues with start_asci_code and stop_asci_code in the BitmapFont class? This two shoul be settable, much like in Delphi.
Regards!
PS: If you need an example or a screenshot - feel free to ask, certainly I'll provide one ;)

This is also my #1 wish for the next release of Code Typhon, a package manager that can select groups of packages or single packages for install

Vote for this feature.
It will be better if CT can come with a package manager that not only we can decide which package to install, but also can install the rest after some days.

Sternas Sir & CT team,

Can you check adding latest version of
#1. RAUDUS : raudus.wikispaces.com/Install+in+Lazarus
#2. Brook along with greyhound
#3. Can we have an Andorid Template - may be in later version.

Note: Rolling update, I did update from 4.0 to 4.10; but was not able to have required set of cross compilers. So I did fresh installation, after uninstall 4.0. Consider this is a self note. I will try to upgrade to 4.20 from 4.10 to see whether the issue persists or not.
