I just updated my Ct 3.10 to 4.00 from N:\CodeTyphonIns\install.bat
(Win7 x64 rus)

After i run CT Center and issued "Lazarus 64bit Build BIG IDE" i see few errors in the log:

No. i did UPDATE - that mode is enlisted in menu - so when it fails to function it is bug as well.
If 4.00 cannot be used to update - then there should be no such element in menu.

But since i don't installed extra components but the one i am working on, and except for few hotkeys did not changed config, then i can try it as well.

BTW, what do you think about adding two hotkeys into default Lazarus config.
I 1st met them in GExperts plugin for Delphi and then they were re-implemented in cnWizards. They are really quite useful and in Laz can be made just a part of setup.

okay, since no more suggestions, let's think those are all.
I removed the files.

I started installer from n:\CodeTyphonIns by running CMD.exe (command shell) with admin rights.

install.bat did not offered me to update CT and only offered install, which i did

Then in CT Center i chosen to build 64-bit Lazarus Big IDE, like before.
As of now it unpacks FPC sources, which are probably required to build IDE as well

Well, well, I just launched that IDE... and closed it.

Then it starts multiplying.

Basically every time i tried to press okay or every time i switched to another app - in essence every time the top-of-stack error message was loosing focus - it raised one more exception.

Okay, this forum seems to delete attachments.. here it is.
You can see at every iteration the exceptions [1 .. (n-1)] are the same.
Also all the windows but last can be freely moved (so they are not modal???) around or focused in and out.
But any attempt to withdraw focus from topmost erro non-modal windows - results in n+1st exception thrown.

IDE 32-bit can't be built. After building FPC and GDB for win32 an attempt to build IDE aborts. Tried twice with the same result.
