For full update you must select option 0 (Full install)

With option 1,
you must run "Remove and build all" procedure for full update
we use this option only for our lab test...

My suggestion is to select option 0
install script will remove old CodeTyphon folder first and then will install the new CT version
after this select option 8 "Remove and build all" at setup script
