Hi,

I'm using CT mostly for excelent cross-compile solution, so I prefer Small IDE. My problem is, when I build Small IDE from CT Studio, then everything is OK. But seems that this option doesn't save "small IDE" package list. For example:

1. Build small IDE
2. Go to Packages -> Configure installed packages
3. You will see all "bid IDE" packages marked as "to install". So if I try to add some external/own package or just rebuild lazarus from Lazarus build menu, then "big IDE" will be created.

I thought that I must add my additional package from lazarus and only save list (not save & build) and then go to CT studio and click "build small IDE" again, but this created small ide without my package. So it seems that small IDE is static.

I finally solved this by removing all "big ide" packages from "to install" list. But that was a lot of clicking work :P

Yes Sir
Big-IDE is our target.

We use Small-IDE, for debugging and testing the Big-IDE.

Our method: Build first Small-IDE and then Big-IDE is safer...
from Development point of view.

Always, you can save you packages list to a file
and import later to new CT ver (from Lazarus "Packages->Install/Uninstall" menu).
