Description
The KZDesktop is a package for Lazarus that, when activated, turns the lazarus IDE to an IDE alternative, similar to Microsoft Visual Studio IDE.

Very active development this days.

Maybe there's no need to include all code from kzdeskop then, but just that part with form designer docking? That way anyone would be able to switch to/from this MSVS-like appearance without installing/uninstalling kzdesktop package *scratch*

I would like to see this as well.
Why not just use the KZDesktop code instead of duplicating effort?

Any new info on this? Would love to see docked forms support like in Delphi.

KZDesktop use "visualization" for design forms on Unix systems
so we adapt the idea (for the moment)

Delphi is a Native Windows32 IDE. Unix has not the same API.

Our vision is NOT to clone Delphi IDE...
and Delphi is far behind CT as Pascal Programming Studio

Not all of the ideas from Delphi are bad. IMO Integrated designer and advanced project inspector is a good thing. :side:

Integrated Form Designer would be very handy. Not just because it's Delphi-like or VS-like, but just because it's really very handy.

Can it also have an ability to save tabbed panels?
