It would be nice if there is a way for user to see his private messages when he logs in (similar as forum topics on the right).
This would be very helpful to me when I log in from a phone. It's not so easy to activate menu popup from touch screen.
If there is a plugin that can do this, please install it, if not... forget about this request.
edit: I just figured out that there is a private message link when user is in forum.
Please delete this message.

Hello,
I just test the Code Typhon now.
There is still the d3d9.dll problem under winxp. Please make Lazarus startable also without directX in case of daubt. Not everybody want's create directx software.
Working on Win8 i must still test.
I would like to be able to install the whole Package on USB stick for using it totally portable.
Additional it were nice, if i could choose the installation destination. Now it is installed on drive c:
Another thing is, At begin of installation i was asked for small or big installation of lazarus. It was not clear if small installation is only lazarus without all the new components. So i choosed big installation for getting all components in Lazarus. But i wanted this only for my windows, but not yet for all the other platforms.
Now i think, maybe, small installation would have been my friend. Please give more clear informattions about the amount of installed stuff in the two kinds of installation.

Sir
thanks for your post
1) We test CT on XP SP3 with DirectX MS updates and works OK
2) USB portable or other installation drive from C: is NOT possible.
3) CT BigIDE has the work of 10 programmers, if don't want all this work
is better to install Lazarus sourceforge.net/projects/lazarus/files/
We have the same "philosophy" from the start of CodeTyphon
a large, FREE, Multi-OS, Programming Studio...
