We add to CTCenter the ability to Crossbuild GDB from sources
for all Host OSes (Windows, Linux, FreeBSD, Solaris and MacOS)

We build with CTC the latest GDB 7.11.1 from sources for Windows32 and 64
We use the latest GCC 6.20 for this ( info ).

So we want more testers....
