Using CT 5.10 Lab version

- Update to CT 5.10 LAb Version
- Download ToolChain win32-arm-linux--.cubieboard or win64-arm-linux--cubieboard
- Download cubiuntu libs, or my full libs (drive.google.com/file/d/0Bw7tdxYw_to3TlN...dTA/edit?usp=sharing)
- Do fpc32 crossbuild element win32-arm-linux--cubieboard
- Create a project, add requiered libs, Target OS: Linux , Tarject CPU: arm , Tarjet Processor : ARMV6

Tested under Aruntu 1.0 / Ubuntu 13.

It Works under Win7
But still having problems under WIN8 64BITS, erros doing fpc32 cross element win32-arm-linux--cubieboard or fpc64 cross element win64-arm-linux--cubieboard
Running as administrator CT32 and CT64, and UAC disabled
errors on stage 0, stage 1 , stage 2... etc.
