Hi Thomas,

Have you set up properly the toolchain in compiler options ? (Target OS, CPU type and model)
Maybe you could post a screenshot/photo of the error message (a chinese user could see it) or use a free online OCR + Google Translate.
It seems SiRF Atlas V is ARM11 compatible (so ARMV6 as CPU model), could you provide more details about your device model and processor compatibility ?
Note that some devices need approved/DRM/checksumed software to run on them !
