Current method depends on apkbuilder. This is gone from the SDK. How to proceed now?

I've got the same problem.... have you found a solution yet? I've tried to use ant but i cant seem to get it to work either

I got an older version of apkbuilder from github.com/ACSOP/android_sdk/blob/master...r/etc/apkbuilder.bat

I also got ant build working. However, while the program builds and runs, it crashes when you click.

apkbuilder is removed after r20 od SDK. Here is version r20:
dl.google.com/android/installer_r20-windows.exe

but I have also crash of app just after run on device :(
It is simple Tlabel
