Did a quick test under Windows and this is as it should be I think.
No extra panel needed anymore this is definitely what I had in mind.
Now I have to move all my components from the panel back to the gradient in all the projects forms but then I have what I wanted.
Thanks, great, quick action as usual!

While testing under Linux Mint 22.3 with CT (QT5) I notice that in the Form Designer no hints are shown when hovering the mouse cursor over a component in the form while this is workin okay when testing under Windows 11.
Hints in the code editor do work normally.

I hope you can solve this CT in QT5 problem, otherwise I will recompile CT again for GTK2.

Hi everyone,

when I open my project's to-do list, I get a Do-To list from Codetyphone.
Is this behavior configurable, or is it a bug?

I think I found another glitch when working with CodeTyphon QT5.
In my project I have an About form which contains some labels, a button and an image.
The image has problems, in the Form Designer everything is perfectly alingned and sized (see CT1.png) but after compilation the image is cut off at the bottom and the right side (see CT2.png).
I think CT is not quite ready for QT5 or QT5 is not ready for CT (which is more likely), either way I hope you guys can look into this and find a solution.

To upgrade to the lab version I had to manually create the directories zupdate and all the directories underneath it and run codetyphon as root.

Why update manually?
Use the CodeTyphon Center and select CodeTyphon from the menubar. (see CT1.png)
In the submenu choose Update Manager and a new window will pop up. (see CT2.png)
Per default Update Manager has 'Latest Released Version (Stable)' selected in the dropdown box, change this to 'Lab Development Version (Experimental)', click the button with the purple arrows to check for updates and after that the right hand window will show all files for the Lab Development Version.
All you have to do now is click on the globe button to start the update which will install the latest development version for you.
No need to do anything manually.

Can you delete components from the form in this version—like removing a button by pressing the Delete key?

If not, then just skip it.

By the way, I'm using Manjaro Linux.
