Hello,

I think that the file, "zz_uws_infocfg.ini", which accompanies "uws03w_PhpFileManager-01_07_09_01.7z", is out of date, so it always re-downloads the same "uws03w_PhpFileManager-01_07_09_01.7z".

With editing said "zz_uws_infocfg.ini", with "version = 1.7.9.1", in my case it has been solved.
