Is the Windows ppcx64.exe given by CT a true 64 bit compiler or a 32 bit compiler that does cross-compilation like the one given by fpc release?

Mr Sternas is NOT here now...

CodeTyphon CT-FPC has a lot of improvements.
CodeTyphon ppcx64.exe is TRUE 64 bit compiler that can does cross-compilation.
We fix this Win FPC 64 bit problem...
