I have the same problem when compiling to Raspberry Pi (I'm using Orange Pi Zero board). With CT Lab 5.90 all including LCL worked, now problem with loading TForm properties. Console and daemon program works fine.
Could you repost CT LAB ver5.90 for download ? It would be faster then fixing problem now
