It is vital that in addition to working codetyphon working firebirdss 32bit, flamerobin, skype, virtualbox ...

we test CT 4.5 at Debian 7.1.0 32bit (attachment) with no problem.

Debian 7.1.0 (32bit and 64bit) is our Main Lab Linux OS ,
we test CT "Release Items" on this Linux distribution before every CT release.

My suggestion is to install "system libraries" from CT Center or
please, give us more info...

Dryplace, does CT hang up when you try to change your keyboard layout to non-English one? If it does then you are to enable extended text services.

Here's some problems I ran into with 4.5:

I can't acces any sample projects from IDE: the "New project or what?" window (not an official naming, close your project and you'll see the window I'm talking about) seems to be showed with showmodal and prevents acces to the window with the list of samples.

Win XP Pro SP3 + CT 4.5 & Win 7 Prof N SP1 + windows MM components + CT 4.5 are both affected.
Haven't tested under any Linux distro.

Also It would be nice to remove duplicates of DX files from the distribution - makes me confused on IDE rebuild.

Also it would be great to include pxlib.dll since laz_paradox package are available -tried to compile that using MinGW but eventually failed. I'm not to fond of using dll.com too.
